Du Sum Landscape Services has many different levels of design. We can do a simple sketch so the customer can visualize what is being proposed, or a Certified Landscape Architects rendering that outlines detail to the inch.

At Du Sum, we understand the importance of contour, texture, and color in landscape design. Satisfying your individual taste while implementing these design practices are job one to Du Sum Landscape Services. We will take as much time as necessary to insure that our finished design compliments your individual taste and lifestyle.

The first consultation with our designer is free of charge. At that meeting, we will gain a lot of information pertaining to the scope of work and what your interests are. Design costs will be discussed at that time and will depend on the level of design desired. Often, there is no design fee charged and if there is, we can credit the fees back when Du Sum performs work from the design.

The most beneficial product that Du Sum Landscape Services offers is the comprehensive Master Plan. We like to call it the road map to your end landscape. Many people install their landscapes in sections; unfortunately, sometimes “sectioning” your landscape projects gives the effect of being choppy and not flowing. The best remedy to this is to have a Master Plan done. The Master Plan can be a Certified Architects rendering that is detailed to the inch and can include a 3D effect with colors. It can also be drawn by one of our designers showing a little less detail. The wonderful thing about a Master Plan is that you have a drawing that includes all of your landscape needs and desires, with plants as well as hardscapes like retaining walls, pavers, water features and more. Even if you install your landscape in sections, you know you will end up on the right path with a Du Sum Landscape Services Master Plan.

We also offer pre-designed plant packages.  These packages range from $500 to $1500 installed. Du Sum can also just the design for those do-it-yourself-ers who want to install their own landscape. The pre-designed packages lend a wonderful start to the landscape of a new home or one that you are starting anew. All of the basic foundation planting needs are met in all of our pre-designed plans.
